DIVISION 3 At the completion of Round 13, the bottom Six (6) sides in Division 2 will be placed into a provisional Division 3 competition and will play each other in the final (5) Home & Away Rounds.
The 2009 Premiers of Division 2 will be promoted to Division 1 for the 2010 season, while the Division 1 Wooden Spooner will be relegated to Division 2.
The future of Division 3 in 2010 will be at the discretion of the NFL Board, however the eight (8) teams finishing in Division 2 will be exempt from consideration for Division 3 in 2010.
